Breaking a Curse with Love

When all options fail, turn to love.

In this dream, wizards and witches rule the world. This means they have the power to cast spells and curses on others. The problem is — these wizards and witches look like normal human beings so they cannot be easily identified.

One night, Scott invited me to an entertainment centre to party. Unlike conventional entertainment centres, which are located in high streets or malls, this centre was in a bungalow house in an affluent neighbourhood.

I do not like to go to these places but reluctantly went because of Scott, a good friend.

When I entered the entertainment centre, I noticed that the manager is a really weird guy but did not think much about it. And for some reason, everyone spoke Mandarin, a language I’m not fluent in.

Scott had arrived earlier and was happily drinking and playing games with the hostess.

He asked me to join but I was reluctant to because I did not want to be there in the first place, and also because I had somewhere else to go soon.

After much persuasion, I obliged and played their silly games while sulking in annoyance.

The entertainment manager saw my face and scolded me. Out of nowhere, he put a curse on me! Oh shitttt…what the hell!

With this curse, a big red light grew on my forehead. Kinda like the ones you see on the traffic light. Hahaha, what??

I was like screw this shit and left Scott and the entertainment centre.

After leaving the entertainment centre, I with my red-light forehead went to a pub. There was a party and many of my friends were there.

I was desperately asking people around if they can cast a spell on me to take the curse away.

Some tried but were ineffective.

Then I spotted the party planning committee and one of the committee members is Natalie, an old friend whom I used to have a crush on.

I asked if Natalie could help me - to which she agreed with a beautiful smile. To our surprise, her spell worked! It took my curse away and the red light was gone. Woohoo!

To show my gratitude, I asked if Natalie would be my prom date - to which she agreed again with a beautiful smile. Why prom? I have no idea…

I guess you can say that it’s love that took the curse away.

…then, I woke up, and my dream ended.

This is a totally random dream. One that doesn't make much sense. Haha
